Interesting Facts:Aldape is a newcomer when it comes to domestic racing in the United States. He has competed in one of cycling's three "Grand Tours," as he started the 2006 Giro d'Italia and completed the first 13 stages. He is the younger brother of former Mexican national road race champion Antonio Aldape, who finished second to Moises in the overall standings of the Vuelta a Guanajuato in 2007. In addition to his win last year at the Vuelta a Guanajuato, Aldape turned heads in the 2006 World Road Race Championships in Austria when he figured in a three-man breakaway and finished two seconds behind the winner, Paolo Bettini.
